Vibrant Club Workshop

Beginning 1 July 2020, the district Rotary Foundation seminar, district membership seminar, and district public image seminar will be combined into a Vibrant Club workshop. Many districts are already holding these events together. But if your district wants to have three separate meetings on these topics, you still can. You decide what’s right for your district.
A leader’s guide for this new workshop will be available later this year. In the meantime, you can continue to use the following resources:
Training your club and district teams
It’s time to plan training for your 2019-20 club and district leadership teams. We have two leader’s guides that can help you build your curriculum or supplement your current agenda:
District Team Training Seminar Leader’s Guide — Prepare assistant governors and district committee leaders for their roles and work on district goal setting.
District Training Assembly Leader’s Guide (revised) — Train club officers and committee chairs for their roles and build club leadership teams. Each role has a separate track that focuses on its specific responsibilities. Club leaders attend goal-setting sessions as a team.
You can also find courses for club officers in the Learning Center. Ask incoming leaders to complete certain courses before their team training to help them get the most out of the event.
